Shere Khan a Siberian Tiger came to the zoo from a licensed individual who was closing his facility. Khan was originally from the "Royal Ringling Haniford-Clyde Beatty Cole Circus". Seen on NBC show "Wild Things" as the massive father. He is father of Misha, Nodia, and Anastacia. Born in 1991. His healthy weight normally 750 lbs..

Sheba a Siberian Tiger is the mother of Misha, Nodia, and Anastacia. She was originally owned by a man in North Carolina, who put her at the Buffalo N.C. Zoo (closed soon after). See "Wild Things" section. She was a good mother and was a very friendly tiger, unfortunately she died in November 2005. Born in 1989. We miss her dearly.

Misha a Siberian Tiger was born in 1997. She is a lot like her mother, Sheba. The zoo sent her and Frances Russell to California so Misha and her sister could be the ambassadors for the National Geographic Special "Tigers of the Snow". She was also shown on NBC's "Wild Things".

This is Anastacia, a Siberian Tiger. Born in 1998 at the zoo while being filmed by the California film crew for "Wild Things" TV show. The crew lived at the zoo for a week to capture the moment.

This is Nodia, a Siberian Tiger. Born in 1998 at the zoo while being filmed by the California film crew for "Wild Things" TV show. The crew lived at the zoo for a week to capture the moment.

My name is Magoo, a Bengal Tiger. My previous owner decided to sell me for a wall mount before being rescued and brought to the zoo. Special thanks to Mr. Blake. After my arrival, fund raising took a year for exhibit money. I now have a spacious area. A lot better than the previous place (dog kennel, small pen on concrete). Born 2004.

My name is Sultan, a Bengal Tiger. I was owned by Kyla Olsen as a baby. She knew I was going to be a handful of responsibility and liability as I grew. Kyla brought me to this zoo while still young. Thank you Kyla. Born 2002. Picture by Angela.
